I ship all signs through the USPS.

Cancellation of Order
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me with any issues with your order.
When will my item ship?
Current production time is 3-5 days. Please note that this may be slightly longer during COVID19, as well as high volume times (ie. holidays).
Can I return my item?
I do not accept returns. However, if your item is damaged during shipment, please let me know. Guys & Gals...I take GREAT pride in my customer service skills, and I will GLADLY work with you to replace your damaged item. 😊
I need my package sooner than shipping date given. Can you meet my deadline?
Please do NOT order and put in the comments that you need it by a specific date. Due to different holiday/busy times, I cannot guarantee that I can meet the time frame, so please contact me prior to ordering to ensure I can meet your deadline.
Custom and personalized orders
We absolutely do custom orders! Please keep in mind that custom orders will take more time to create, so shipping times may be longer than the estimated shipping date given at checkout.
